Toshiba launches Cebu concept store

Earlier today, Toshiba launched their 1st ever concept store in Cebu (3rd in the Philippines after SM Megamall and SM City North EDSA) at the Cyberzone of SM City Cebu. Located at the second level of the main mall, the newly-opened Toshiba store offers the latest Toshiba laptops (with several enhancements to its line of Qosmio, Satellite, Satellite Pro, Tecra, Protégé notebook computers), projectors and copiers to complete every Cebuano’s tech lifestyle.

“There is a big room for growth here in the Philippines and we consider Cebu as one of the major growth areas,” said Krislyn Chia, assistant manager of Toshiba Computer Systems Division (CSD) Singapore, during the opening of its concept store in SM City Cebu.

The store also has a well-defined focus on their line of Must-Have Gadgets such as computer peripherals, cases and other accessories. Members of the press, bloggers, distributors and Toshiba staff were all present for the store blessing and ribbon-cutting, and once the activities had concluded, the store was officially opened, and the guests were the first customers to enter the store’s door.

On top of offering Toshiba products for the consumers, the store will also handle service and support needs, so Toshiba users will have a one-stop shop for all their needs.

Aside from the concept store in Cebu, there are plans to open more in other areas of the country.
